FUNDRAISING
A key part of PAG's role is to provide the financial support to provide additional classroom supplies and equipment and enable activities such as field trips, Fall Walk, Odyssey of the Mind, Science Olympiad, the biennial theatre production, Peace Assembly, mini courses, student memory books, supplemental curriculum, and teacher professional development.
PAG is only able to provide this support through its community fundraising efforts and by requesting families make an Annual Fund Drive contribution to PAG in the amount of $150 per child.
PAG recognizes $150 is a significant contribution. Several fundraisers are held during the school year with the proceeds raised by each family dedicated to offset the family's contribution.
Over the course of the year, PAG's Fundraising efforts include promoting the Annual Fund Drive, fundraiser sales, various events at local restaurants or venues, and hosting a biennial adults-only social event. Information about PAG's fundraising activities will be made regularly at PAG meetings and in PAG communications.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Limited scholarship funds are also available, and are funded by contributions from FOP families separate from their family contribution.
Please contact the PAG Treasurer or PAG Chair to request scholarship funds, or to make a contribution to the scholarship fund. The deadline to request a scholarship will be announced to FOP families during the school year. In late spring, available scholarship funds are evenly distributed among requesting families/students.
